Jodi Karabin is the Founder and President of Jmk Behavior, LLC. She has over 12 years of experience in organizational training and development, with expertise in individual, group and organizational behavior. She is a published researcher in Social Interactionist Theory and behavior in the workplace. Her core value is promoting human welfare. Early in her career she was a project manager/environmental scientist and later shifted into organizational development in the biomedical industry. With her extensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, Jodi found her niche working directly with people. She was a Behavior Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist as well as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor. She developed and implemented multiple clinical programs throughout her career including adolescent intensive outpatient, Suboxone, Trauma intensive seminar, and Female specific addiction treatment.
Jodi is a Delaware native, but spent the bulk of her career in Pennsylvania. She returned to Delaware in 2012 and took a position as a clinical supervisor in a deinstitutionalization program for those who are diagnosed with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). She worked directly with state officials to determine the needs of the population and discovered a gap in resources. Jmk Behavior, LLC was established in 2013 in an effort to expand services for people in Delaware who are diagnosed with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability.
Jodi received her BS from University of Delaware and two MA degrees (Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology) from West Chester University. She graduated Suma Cum Laude and is a member of multiple honor societies including Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and Psi Chi. In addition, she is a Golden Key National Merit Scholar.
Victoria Pellerito is the Director of Clinical Services for Jmk Behavior, LLC. Victoria received her BA in Psychology from La Salle University and her MA at Eastern University in Clinical Counseling with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has over 6 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and mental illness. Her clients have ranged from the ages of 13-102! Her career began working directly under the supervision of Behavior Analysis within a residential setting. She conducted research on how to better improve the quality of life of those being served and assisted in assessments. Her research was later published in an article about quality of life for individuals diagnosed with mental health and mild/moderate intellectual disability. Victoria later moved to Delaware to continue working with the population she is passionate about. With her diverse background in mental health and applied behavior analysis she is capable of seeing the whole picture with a client and providing the clinical services needed.
Skye Pardini, M.Ed. is the Clinical Supervisor for JMK Behavior. She has been working with individuals with varying behavioral needs since 1992. She has a background in psychology and education, with extensive Applied Behavioral Analysis experience. Skye has provided behavioral support to clients within a wide range of ages, with diverse diagnosis, both in the United States and in Kazan, Russia. She is passionate about the people she works with.>
